Jo Wickham


Jo trained at East 15. Her credits include, The Bakers Wife in ‘Into The Woods’ (for which she was nominated for an OFFIE), at the Cockpit Theatre, The Duchess in ‘Alice in Wonderland’ at Kew Gardens, ‘I Have A Mouth’ by Abi Zakarian, Jane in ‘Control’ by Tim McArthur, Adriana in ‘The Comedy of Errors’ (for which she won the ‘Break A Leg’ award for best comedic performance) with Open Bar Theatre Company. Truvy Jones in 'Steel Magnolias' at the Hope Theatre, Susan in ‘Puppy’ with Little But Fierce, Greta the Witch in Kauffman & Cranes 'Rapunzel', Maria in ‘Days of Hope’ at The Rose and Crown, and Angela Bradley in ‘The Tour’ with Spangle Entertainment. Jo also originated the part of Ma' Riley in 'The Clockmakers Daughter' at the Landor Theatre. Jo has sung in numerous cabarets including at Lauderdale House, the Arts Theatre and The Hippodrome. Jo was delighted to be kissed by Will Young in his 'Love Revolution' music video as well as disgusted with Tim Key in Jon Ronson's 'The Dog Thrower' on Sky Arts. Jo can be heard laughing, amongst other noises, in the feature film 'Hippopotamus' written by Stephen Fry.
